How to know if our service team is available?

First of all, we are sorry that some customers can not be served when our service team was not online due to the time difference, please leave us a message about your question or email us when we are off. For your conveninece, there is a new page on our website showing the current time of our website, so you can know if there is still service online.

That time clock page is available on the bottom of every page of our website, when you click the "Check Elegomal Time", it will lead to the service time page:
