After you have added some products to your shopping cart, it can not process to checkout with our without notification, and sometimes when you tried to use a coupon code but it says it is not available, here is why those would happen.

Why I can not check out?

1. Pre-order products can not be ordered with in-stock products. Since we get the latest estimate arrive date of the pre-order products from the manufacturers, and they might change the ETA according to their production schedule, that’s why we can not make sure the pre-order products and in-stock products can be delivered at the same time, so please place a separate order for pre-order products.

2. No enough stock for certain products. When you added products to your shopping cart, and come back to check out hours or days later, there might be no enough stock for some products. So please change the quantity of the certain products, and update your shopping cart to check out.

3. Some products are out of stock. When you added products to your shopping cart, and come back to check out hours or days later, some products might be out of stock. When this happened, please delete the products which are out of stock or add them to wish list and process to checkout.

4. The requested quantity for some deal products are not available. For daily deal, promotion and flash sale products, there might be a limited quantity for each products, please check if there is a limit notification on those pages.

5. No shipping method for certain countries. E-cigs are prohibited goods for some countries, so we can not ship the products to those countries.

6. No shipping method for batteries. We currently can only ship batteries to Russia by RETS Express and to China by UC, so please delete batteries from shopping cart if the shipping address if not Russia or China.

Why the coupon code is not valid?

1. The coupon code has expired. There is a due date for each coupon, and it will be not available any more when it has expired.

2. The coupon code was wrong. If you get a coupon code from our forums, facebook, or other channels, please copy and paste it in shopping cart, and try not type the wrong numbers or letters. Please also make sure there is no black space when you are filling in the code.

3. Need to reach a certain amount. Some coupons, for example $10 off for order over $100, means the subtotal need to reach $100 and promotion products not included. So please check if there is a amount requirement for the coupon.

4. Coupon only for certain customer. There are some coupons only for customers of certain level. For example, if the coupon is only for “Gold” customers, that means you can not use it if you are a “Silver” customer.

5. The coupon code has been used. Most of the coupons can only be used for a limited times, for example, if a coupon can be for only one time, and you have used it for your last order, it will be not available for your next order.

6. Coupon only for certain products. Sometimes, when there is a promotion for some specific brands, there might be coupons only available for those products.
