Dear customers,

During Christmas holiday, we have prepared a "Rain of Gifts" game on both Elegomall Andriod and iOS applications in which all customers can win free gifts like coupon codes, credit points, and vape devices. We wish it to be a good game for all customers and friend to play for fun and win some prizes. However, our APP was attacked during the game and the timing was changed by hacker who want to win gifts every minute not the timing we had setted.

Therefore, the gifts, including coupons, credit points and vape devices, which were won at the setted timing will still be put into customers account without problem. All other gifts which were not received at our setted timing will be removed from customers account.

We have solved the technical bug caused by hacker and now we can sure our APP are safe to use.
