How do you use the Mechanical Mod safely? This article is designed for those new to the concept of mech mods. Think of it as a primer on everything you need to know about mech mods with a couple of suggestions for decent setups.

1. How to choose the Mechanical Mod
We suggest the vape novices to observe the mechanical principle  "pin", "eye" and "lock" to choose the suitable Mechanical Mod.
① "Pin" means that inside the 510 atomizer interface of the mechanical Mod, there is an electrode column responsible for connecting the positive electrode of the atomizer and the positive electrode of the battery.
② “Eye" means that there is one or more explosion-proof, pressure-relief, and heat-dissipating holes in the bottom of the mechanical Mod or mechanical body. 
③ "Locked" refers to an inadvertent touch mechanism in the mechanical button.

2, How to choose the Atomizer
Which kind of atomizer is best for the Mech Mod? We advise the beginner to follow the principle "convex", "hard" and "Rough"! Please note that the atomizer with the 510 spring electrode pole is not allowed on the Mech mod!
① "convex" means that the 510 positive electrode of the atomizer is the highlight, the more convex the better. 
② "Hard" means that the 510electrode of the atomizer does not oscillate and is not shortened by being squeezed. 
③ "Rough" means that the 510 anode of the atomizer is relatively thick and has a large contact area with the pole positive electrode column of the Mod. 
 

3. How to choose the lithium battery?
We should choose the authentic lithium battery for the Mechanical Mod that will guarantee the safe vaping than others. The lithium battery must not break its skin. Also, the battery discharge not less than 30A.


 

4, How to choose the heating wire?
Here we recommend the NI80 Material and the Kanthal A1 heating wire. We usually use the diameter of the wire 0.4mm or 0.5mm.

We should check the Mechnacial Mod before using it. Firstly, put the atomizer on the mod to check the resistance for short. Then, check the electrode screws are tightened and whether the battery broken skin. To know the remaining battery power. Secondly, to install the lithium battery. if there are not any indications on the Mod, we usually put the positive pole of the battery face upwards.
