Step 1. Go to your account and check how many points you have currently. First of all, you need to log in, and then click "My Account" which is on the top right corner of every page to go into your account page. 

Step 2. Click the "My Points". You will see how many points you have, then click "Redeen Gift" by using your current points.

Step 3. Choose a gift that you want, and redeem it. (There will be more gifts in gift page in the future)

Step 4. When you redeemed your gifts, you can check your gift shipping status at "My Gifts" page. "Pending" means your gift has not been shipped yet, "Shipping" means it was shipped, and "Complete" means you have received the gift.

Tips about redeem gifts:

1. Using your points to redeem gifts is free.

2. Gifts will be shipped to your default shipping address.

3. Gifts will be shipped to in 72 hours after redeemed.

4. Gifts will be shipped by post parcel to most countries, by CDEK to Russia, and by UC express to China.

5. Tracking number will be sent to your email after shipped.
